LinkrUI Adds Expanded DAM Support and Workflow Enhancements

At Santa Cruz Software, we’re continually improving LinkrUI to help creative teams access and manage approved assets directly from the tools they use every day. The latest LinkrUI 2.9.6 release continues that effort with expanded DAM support, workflow enhancements, and usability improvements across the platform.

Expanded DAM Support

Recent releases have added support for several new digital asset management platforms:

  • FileFlow
  • DataDwell
  • XR Platform
  • LookAtMe
  • Zeticon

These additions expand the growing LinkrUI ecosystem and give more organizations the ability to connect their DAM directly to Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Figma, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Streamlined User Experience

Over the past several releases, we’ve focused on simplifying common workflows and reducing friction for users. Notable improvements include:

  • Activation without a code for faster onboarding
  • One-click filter reset functionality
  • Improved upload and folder selection workflows
  • Enhanced messaging for DAMs that use pagination
  • General performance and stability improvements across all supported platforms
  • Enhanced Creative Workflows

Several updates were designed specifically to improve how creative teams work with assets inside their preferred applications.

For Adobe Express users, LinkrUI now supports animated GIF placement and integrates directly into the Replace workflow, making it easier to swap approved assets without interrupting the design process. A dedicated Brandfolder Add-on has also been introduced. Figma users received a redesigned export experience with visual previews and greater control over export settings, while Adobe Creative Cloud users gained improvements to upload workflows, link management, and full HEIC support. Google Workspace users can now work with HEIC assets as well, alongside improved handling of simultaneous asset requests.

Looking Ahead

LinkrUI continues to evolve as a universal connection layer between creative applications and digital asset management systems. With expanded DAM support, workflow enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements, we’re focused on helping creative teams spend less time searching for assets and more time creating.
